About me

When Daniel was 12 years old suddenly his parents and his brother were not at home, and he might have been the first time alone. A question arose: “Who am I, if nobody is there?” He run to the mirror in the bathroom and looked at it. This couldn´t be him, he thought. He run to his room and started breathing and feeling more and more energy between his hands. He opened the eyes and realized: “Everything is energy! I am energy.” That was one of his first realizations of energy. When he was a teenager, his hands were healing already amongst friends, and they would say that he has healing hands, but he didn´t knew what that really means at that time.

At the age of 14 years, his father committed suicide, which led to ask the big questions of life from that early age. At that time friends and the hidden wisdom of martial art gave him the support he needed. After finishing school, he finally could follow his calling to travel. He traveled exactly 13 moons through South America. During that journey he got initiated into Reiki, Ayahuasca and San Pedro and attained the answers to his questions. But there were too many answers that lead to more questions to really understand them mentally.

Back to Europe he started studying Social and Cultural Anthropology. After learning how to be political and self-organize a protesting group of thousands of students, he focused on studying Religion- and Consciousness Research with Prof. Manfred Kremser. . The Professor became his mentor till he died from cancer 2013.
He did research on pain perception and flickering light perception

Sadly enough, very reductionist and materialistic voices defamed Prof. Kremser after his death, so that it was impossible to continue that track. He decided to study “the enemy” and did his masters within the most materialistic side of the university and graduated finally in Epistemology and the Philosophy of Science with the questions: How do we get to explain what we know? That led him discover system science and got him back to the beginning – to Consciousness Research.

During this period, he explored many spiritual traditions and techniques and learned from an artist, named Renate Zechmeister, how to be accurate with extrasensory information and how to discern “cultural deco” from what´s really working. She was spiritually trained by a Buddhist monk because of a prophecy the monk got, and magically shared her skills with her art-work and her friendships.

In 2015, Daniel co-founded the independent Viennese Academy of Consciousness Research with Dr. Rudolf Kapellner, who became another mentor for him, leading him to know-how of consultancy and psychotherapy on the bridge between management, science, and spirituality. Several self-exploration techniques of coaching experience as well as evidence- based spiritual exercises were collected and evaluated during this period. A book of various lectures is still unpublished.

In 2016, he was awarded by the Young Scientist Award of System Science for his intellectual achievements. He had worked as an academic freelance for several research institutions, such as the Bertalanffy Center for the Study of Systems Science and the European School of Governance.
He also co-founded Existential Consciousness Research Institute in 2018, which was based on organizing high-end seminars with Professors of the fields of Quantum Physics, Deep Psychology, Philosophy and Cultural Studies and big conferences for broader audiences. All this Odyssey was aimed to build a bridge between science and spirituality. The link in between he found closest to science and western society was holistic medicine, and the closest link from science to spirituality in Buddhism.

After a burn-out, a intense kundalini awakening/psychosis he turned towards his spiritual and self-healing life. First, he started to found a retreat center in Germany, but Covid had other plans. So, he spend one year in a Tibetan Buddhist Center in Austria, which he refers to his monk life under the guidance of Chokyi Nyima Rinpotsche, who became his so called root-master. This was where he could rest and recover from years of fighting for a more conscious world in the academic world and start his deep self-healing path .

In between all of that, he got to know Cadell Last, which continued in a podcast series with Kevin Orosz talking about the “Real”, namely sex and relationships. That was his introduction into Psychoanalysis and masculinity. The result was a book called “Sex, Masculinity and God”, several conferences on that and workshops specifically for adult boys to become mature.

He became a Tsa-Lung (Tibetan Breath Yoga) teacher, trained by Lama Kunsang in Switzerland. When you seriously take a Buddhist path you become either a monk, a Yogi or a Ngakpa. Since Ngakpa is the way to live with family and in service for society and nature, he gave the Tantric vows for the path of a Ngakpa to Lama Kunsang, and got several empowerments and teachings from him.

Since 2022, he has dedicated himself fully to healing and self-empowerment. With his own story of healing, has been able to support others in finding their way to themselves, to more awareness and to a more loving relationship with others. He does this through 1-1 coaching, workshops and seminars.

And finally, since 2023 he has also been studying Tibetan medicine and Spiritual Healing with Dr. Nida, to complete the bridge between his academic and spiritual curiosity and his will to support people and the world on their paths. Dr. Nida is the most famous spiritual and medical expert in Tibetan Buddhism perfecting the western and eastern wisdom of spiritual healing and medical treatments. He is very grateful for all his mentors and teachers, he got during his life.

There are many more teachers to name as for example his intimate partners, which are not mentioned in this homage to them. But if you made it to read until this point, you got an idea, what drive him and what is his background.

Besides of that, he loves the peaks of the mountain, the waves of the sea, strong espresso, selected music and good time with friends, family and photography.
